Access Control

Product Overview

Kelio Access is a web-based access control system that secures buildings and premises using RFID cards, PIN codes, fingerprints or face recognition. All functions are managed from a single web interface – no separate software required. The system integrates natively with the T&A module: an employee's work schedule automatically determines their access rights, and access is automatically denied during absences.

Key Features

• Multiple identification methods: RFID 125 kHz / 13.56 MHz, PIN code, fingerprint, face recognition – combinable according to access levels and security requirements.
• Graphical map-based supervision: real-time overview of all doors, gates and access points on a single screen.
• Remote door opening from mobile: managers and security staff can open doors from a smartphone.
• Time zone and permission profiles: customisable access rights by job role, work schedule, department and site.
• Audit log and alerts: recording of every access event, with instant alerts on unauthorised access attempts.
• System integration: integration with fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and building management systems (BMS).
• Multi-site interconnection: different buildings and sites can be managed from one central interface.

Native T&A Integration

The unique advantage of Kelio Access is its close integration with time and attendance. An employee's work schedule automatically determines:

• Which periods they may enter the building
• Which rooms they have access rights to
• Access is automatically denied during absences (annual leave, sick leave)
• Access rights are automatically extended in case of overtime

This feature significantly increases security and reduces manual administration.
