The Kelio T&A (Time & Attendance) module is the central element of corporate time and attendance management – a complete, web-based solution covering the full spectrum of time recording, absence management, remote work and shift scheduling. It supports more than 50 flexible time structures, including fixed, variable, annualised and cyclic work schedules. Real-time results calculation, automatic overtime and premium calculation in compliance with legal requirements.

With 39 years of expertise behind us, the Kelio T&A module is used by more than 20,000 companies worldwide. The module integrates natively with more than 160 payroll and ERP systems, eliminating the need for data reconciliation or manual data entry.

How does it work?

1. The employee records their working time – on a terminal (RFID card, fingerprint, face recognition), with the mobile app or from the web interface. Multiple recording methods can be combined.
2. The system calculates automatically – based on the configured work schedule, it computes hours worked, overtime and premiums. Instant alerts on rule violations.
3. Approved data is exported – automatic export to the payroll system, with no need for manual data entry or Excel spreadsheets.

Integration

The T&A module integrates natively with more than 160 payroll and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). It also works closely with the Access Control module: an employee's work schedule automatically determines their access rights, and access is automatically denied during absences.
