How does it help everyday work?

The Planning module automatically prepares the shift schedule based on the given parameters. The manager reviews it, adjusts it manually if necessary, then approves it. Employees immediately see their schedule in the mobile app or on the ESS portal. In case of a shift swap, the system automatically checks the legal compliance of the new schedule.
