Product Overview

The Kelio Activities module provides project- and activity-based time recording, enabling companies to track precisely how much time is spent on which projects, clients or tasks. Working time data is automatically transferred from the T&A module, eliminating double data entry – the employee records their working time once, and the system automatically distributes it across projects.

How does it work?

When recording working time, the employee selects the specific project and task on the terminal or in the mobile app. The system automatically assigns the hours worked to the appropriate project. The project manager can track effort in real time on the dashboard and receives an alert if a project exceeds its planned budget.
