The Kelio HR Assistant and HR PRO modules provide complete HR data management, covering every stage of the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding. Employee record management, career management, training tracking, document storage with expiry alerts, medical appointments, onboarding and offboarding – all on a single, unified web interface.

The modules integrate closely with the Kelio T&A and Planning modules, so HR data automatically synchronises with time and attendance and shift scheduling.
