The Kelio ESS (Employee Self-Service) portal allows employees to independently manage their absences, shift swaps and personal data – all on a modern, social-media-style interface. A separate manager portal handles approval processes, so the HR team doesn't have to chase every small request individually.

The portal is available on desktop and smartphone, so employees can stay connected with the company from anywhere, at any time. Kelio ESS integrates closely with remote work management: employees can simply indicate when they are working from home.

Two Portals in One System

Kelio ESS provides two separate portals: the employee portal for daily operations (absences, shift swaps, data editing), and the manager portal for approvals, reports and team data. The two portals' data synchronises in real time.
