The Kelio Analytics module provides comprehensive executive insight into the company's time and attendance and HR data. With cross-tabulated analysis of more than 30 datasets, executive dashboards, trend analysis and automatic reports, it helps company leaders and HR professionals make data-driven decisions.

The module provides immediate answers to questions such as: How many overtime hours were worked in each department? In which month is the absence rate highest? How has turnover evolved over the past year? Which projects exceeded the planned working time budget?
